As a great sponsor, Bernard Magrez participates to Bordeaux Fête le Vin since its beginnings. So as to make a honor to his entrepreneurial strength – he owns four great and classed vineyards and more than forty domains through the world – and to his wish to transmit art and culture, the Arts’ Garden program, which is a new exceptional artistic proposition, has been entrusted to the Institut Culturel Bernard Magrez.
Because of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Bordeaux and Los Angeles’s twinning, the Institut Culturel Bernard Magrez invited ten artists inspired or coming from the urban cultures to express their creativity on big bottles with a theme: “wine and vine”.
Realized before the event, the biggest bottle is a work by Jeff Soto, a LA-based artist, illustrator and muralist who explores links between graffiti, surrealism and pop culture.
The nine little bottles (8 foot high) will be realized by artists from Bordeaux during a public performance so as to mix and heighten wine degustation with a unique artistic experience.
