Shanghai Delegation in Los Angeles

Event Description

In mid-June, SCOLA hosted a high-level delegation from Shanghai’s Foreign Affairs Office, and facilitated a meeting with a Port of Los Angeles representative. Both Ports share common environmental goals to reduce air emissions, and shared areas of collaboration on environmentally sustainable practices. Both sides expressed strong commitments in strengthening their existing Friendship Port Agreement and exploring additional areas of collaboration.
